1. Introduction
Welcome to the website of Assemblers Agency (the “Website”). Assemblers Agency (“we”, “us”) is the controller of your data and can be reached at info@assemblersweb.gr. Protecting your personal data matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, keep and protect your data when you visit the Website, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
2. What data we collect
When you use the Website, we may collect the following personal data:
- Data you give us directly: When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your phone number and/or email address (at least one of the two), the service you are interested in and any information you choose to include in your message. We also record the date and time of your consent and the version of this Privacy Policy you accepted.
- Technical data (collected automatically): Your IP address, browser type, operating system and time of visit are logged automatically by our hosting provider, for security and to keep the Website running. When you send the form, your IP address is held briefly in server memory (up to 10 minutes) to protect against spam, and is not stored.
- Cookies: The Website does not use statistics or advertising cookies. See the Cookie policy.
We do not collect special categories of data (e.g. health data); please do not include them in your message.
3. Why we use your data
Your personal data is used only for these purposes:
- To reply to questions, requests or messages you send through the contact form, and to prepare the free sample you asked for.
- To provide our services (design and build of websites, e-shops and admin systems, hosting and support), if we work together.
- To keep the Website secure and running smoothly.
We do not use your data for advertising or automated decision-making, and we do not send newsletters.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and because it is needed to take steps before entering into a contract, e.g. to send you a sample or a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. We may share it only with trusted partners that help us run the Website and process data on our behalf:
- the Website’s hosting provider;
- the email delivery service that forwards contact form messages to our inbox;
These partners are also bound by the GDPR. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA), the transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your personal data only as long as strictly necessary for the purposes above. Contact form messages are deleted after 12 months if we do not start working together. If we do, the data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and as long as tax law requires. Hosting provider logs are kept for a limited period.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing and object to it;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. For cookies, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; for form messages, contact us;
- lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
We will reply to your request without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
8. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL), validation of form input, spam protection and access limited to us. Form messages are not stored on the Website’s server; they are only forwarded to our inbox.
9. Contact
For any question about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your rights, you can contact us:
- by email at info@assemblersweb.gr;

10. Changes to this policy
